The Digi Award of Excellence is presented to a Canadian company that has demonstrated constant dedication and success in enhancing and enriching the field of digital media in Canada and abroad.

This year, the Digi Awards are happy to announce VICE Media Inc as the recipient of this prestigous award!

Vice has come a long way from the Montreal streets. The magazine, which started in 1994 as a free black-and white publication called the Voice of Montreal, has grown into Vice Media Inc, operating in over 34 countries and includes the world's premier online video destination, VICE.com; an international network of digital channels, a television production studio, a record label; an in-house creative services agency and a book-publishing division.
